Terms and regulations of purchase
- Full pre-payment payable to Dogxtension`s bank account is required with placement of an order. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted at the moment.
- New order will be realized within 10 working days, from the date of receiving full payment and correct measurements
- An order can be canceled at any time prior to the shipment of the wheelchair.
- Only 66% of received payment is refundable with cancellation of order.
- Shipping of a wheelchair abroad Poland through a requested carrier can be individually arranged.
- Shipping fees are extra.
- Due to an individually customized product all sales are final and non-refundable.
